Performance Management and Penalties:
RSA Property aims to maintain a high-quality listing platform. We reserve the right to take action against those who do not adhere to our policies as outlined below:
Listings may be blocked:
Violating listings may be blocked and must be corrected by the offender.
Contact us at support@rsaproperty.co.za for resolution.
Blocked listings may take 24 to 48 hours to reappear on the website.
Offices and their associated listings may be suspended:
Offices violating policies may be suspended, along with their listings, for 7 days.
Estate Agents engaging in spam or violating our usage policy, and their associated listings may be suspended for 7 days.
Repeated violations may lead to account closure.
Listing Policy:
The listing policy ensures that all listings provide accurate information. Offices and private clients must adhere to these policies.
Listing Details:
Listing statuses must be up-to-date. If a property is ‘offer pending’ or ‘sold,’ the status should reflect this.
Address-Complete and accurate address information is essential. Incorrect address data is not allowed.
Price details must be accurate.
Property attributes should be accurately described.
Reported Listings – Users and other agents or agencies can report inaccurate listings. The support team will review reports and impose penalties as needed.
Listing Images-Clear, unique, and high-quality images are required to represent properties accurately. Image guidelines must be followed.
Usage Policy:
Office/Estate Agent Marketing
Branding within listings is not permitted.
Duplicate listings within the same office are not allowed.
Re-listing/Re-activating Properties-Creating new versions of listings to manipulate visibility is prohibited.
Disputes between offices should be resolved independently.
RSA Property is for property listings only. Any attempt to advertise any other products or services will be immediately deleted and the user will be banned from any further use of the website.

Respectful engagement on the website is expected.
