Who We Are:

Liger Property Group specialises in residential properties in the City of Durban and its surrounding neighbourhoods.

Our History:

Our journey in the property sector began in 1997 and throughout this time we have been deeply involved in transforming the property industry into one that allows for the inclusivity of people from all social and economic backgrounds. This inclusive ethos ignited a passion within us to ensure that the South African Property Industry is diversified and embraced by people from all walks of life – not just an advantaged few.

This was seen in our dedicated involvement with the EAAB Youth Empowerment Programme entitled, “One Learner – One Estate Agency”. The programme places equality at its forefront as it aims to position youth from previously disadvantaged backgrounds into intern roles at registered estate agencies.

About Joan Elliott – Principal & Brand Owner:

Joan Elliott Started a Career in the Real Estate in 1997 with Wakefields I have always had a passion for the Property Industry After 14 years with Lever Brothers in the Marketing Division I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate I have fulfilled my vision to own my own Real Estate company which was birthed in 1998 The driving force behind me still being in real estate after sixteen years is honesty, integrity and equality in the real estate sector,for everyone to enjoy and thrive in.
