Gateway Park, Airport Industria 2

Gateway Park is a gated security park with a total of three units.  Gateway Park was designed to accommodate a medium-sized regional freight forwarding or similar operation employing up to 25 people.  Each 570m² unit has a 320m² A-grade office component and a 250m² warehouse component.

The property is very secure with an electric fence and access control.  A generator is in place to provide power during load shedding.  These warehouse units have excellent natural light streaming in through large windows, and access is gained via high roller shutter doors. The roof is insulated.  A shared paved yard provides shaded parking for staff and ample visitors’ parking is available outside of the park.

The property is situated in close proximity to the Cape Town International Airport and public transport, and also has excellent access to the N2 and other major routes.
